Who these terms are for
These terms apply to schools and institutions that sign up to use the platform, and to the staff they authorise.
The service
The platform provides fingerprint based attendance recording, SMS notifications, reports and an admin dashboard. Features depend on the plan agreed with your school.
Your responsibilities
Your school is responsible for lawful use, for the accuracy of the records it enters, for keeping staff accounts secure, and for informing students and guardians about biometric data use.
Trials and billing
Trial length and fees are set out in your plan or quote. Prices are not published on this site until they are confirmed with you.
Data ownership
Your school owns its student and attendance records. We process them only to provide the service.
Ending the agreement
Either party may end the agreement as set out in your plan. Records can be exported before the account is closed.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell account administrators about material changes.
