Attendance is captured by a fingerprint terminal at the classroom door. Here is what we support and how setup goes.
Hikvision access terminals
The terminal verifies each fingerprint and sends the scan to the platform over your network. The platform can also check that the terminal is online.
Edge client on a small computer
A Python client for a Raspberry Pi with a fingerprint sensor. It stores scans locally and syncs when the connection returns, so nothing is lost or counted twice.
